We are a rapidly growing company headquartered in specializing in self-service retail solutions.
Our expertise lies in self-service stores strategically positioned in shopping centers and street retail locations.

We are actively expanding our presence in Poland and have set ambitious goals to establish around 500 stores. To achieve this vision, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager who shares our ambition and can lead this exciting journey.

Job description

Team Leadership & Growth:
  • Build and lead a high-performing team in Poland to drive business scale-up.
  • Establish a team of 20–40 employees in Poland over the next 2–3 years.
Business Expansion:
  • Lead the opening of 300–400 self-service stores across Poland within 2–3 years, maintaining a target of ~10 new stores per month.
  • Ensure comprehensive market coverage by recruiting and managing a team of regional managers to oversee:
    • Sourcing prime retail locations in shopping centers and street retail spaces.
    • Negotiating and finalizing lease agreements for new locations.
    • Assessing technical requirements for store locations.
    • Overseeing operational tasks, such as hiring operational managers, working with accounting services, contracting cash collection services, and securing agreements with security providers.
Project Management:
  • Recruit and manage project managers to oversee:
    • Technical assessments and reviews of potential locations.
    • Construction management and oversight of new store developments.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Develop and implement efficient processes for site development, operations, and team management with full support and training from the head office or other wellestablished locations.
    • Ensure profitability and maintain effective P&L control.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles with experience managing semi-large teams.
  • Strong hands-on approach with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.
  • Ambitious, solution-oriented, and capable of navigating complex challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in:
    • Real estate scouting and evaluation, preferably in commercial retail.
    • Construction and project management.
    • Leading and scaling high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Polish commercial real estate market.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial literacy, with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
